Good planning enhances instruction.

The subject line in today’s email merits repeating because it’s 100% true.
And it’s why – as we started out our school year with such positive momentum – we are continuing the next phase of our work on the new Strategic Plan for FSD.
We want to make sure our district will remain a premier educational and opportunity provider for years to come.

Right now, we’re moving forward and gathering some key data.

We are surveying our parents, staff, and students in a critical area.
We’re asking them how safe and secure they perceive our schools and learning environments to be.
Although this data will not be on the agenda for our first Board Strategic Planning Workshop on September 27, it will be front and center soon.
FSD’s commitment to continuous improvement will always be anchored in the input we receive about our perceived strengths and weaknesses.
So be ready!
Additional surveys will be undertaken throughout this school year, and we’ll do our best to connect with YOU.
As always, thanks for supporting the Eagles!
