At the end of today’s email, there’s a challenge waiting for you. But before that, a big shoutout to the winter sports teams for their impressive seasons. It’s always incredible to see the hard work and dedication our student-athletes and coaches put in, on top of everything else they have going on. The Eagle way is definitely not the easy way.

And let’s not forget about our amazing ticket takers, maintenance staff, bus drivers, boosters, game officials, athletic secretary, and athletic trainer. Their positive impact on our athletic program is truly invaluable.

Girls Basketball

TVC Red Champions, D2 District Champions, and the program reached the 1000 win milestone with a victory over Bridgeport on March 6th 2024

Boys Basketball

2nd Place TVC Red, Lost in District Championship

FNV Hockey (Co-op)

4th Place Mid-Michigan Hockey Conference. Two FHS students participated on the team with students from Freeland, Nouvel, Valley Lutheran, and Reece

Competitive Cheer

4th Place TVC

Girls Bowling

4th Place TVC Red, 5th in D3 Regional.

Boys Bowling

2nd place TVC Red,  D3 Regional Champions, D3 State Champions

Wrestling

3rd Place TVC Red, D3 District Champions, lost in Regional Championship

And there’s more good news to report.
 
Kevin said participation levels were high in our middle school’s winter sports; volleyball, wrestling, and boys basketball.
