Just 3 simple requests today.

1.  Please continue to keep the families and community of Oxford Schools in your thoughts and prayers.

Here is the letter I sent to our FSD school family yesterday in case you missed it.

2.  Please give extra hugs to your children and grandchildren today.

I included this request in yesterday’s letter to our school family. It might seem like a little thing, but it’s not, and I didn’t want you to forget about it. (And just by writing to you about it, I reminded myself to do this, too!)

3.  And although this last request is nowhere near as important as the first two, I also want to ask for your help with this quick survey.

The Frankenmuth School District is applying to receive Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER) to address learning recovery from the impact of COVID-19 – and your opinion can help us in our decision-making.

These ESSER funds are designated for one-time or short-term expenditures to address the ongoing impact of the pandemic.

The administration of the Frankenmuth School District is now seeking feedback from all district and community stakeholders to help determine how we can best utilize these resources to address unfinished learning, ongoing COVID-19 recovery, and Federal Program grant funds.

This survey is short and should only take you a couple of minutes.

Thank you!

I look forward to receiving your feedback.

FYI – Please respond to the survey by December 10. Let’s keep hugging our kids and grandkids forever.

The FHS Assistant Principal utilizes activities designed to assess, track, and improve the well-being of pupils (behaviorally and academically struggling) in order to supplement educational processes, as well as engage in meaningful consultation and assistance to parents and families of students who the pandemic has directly impacted.
